Job Description:
The Senior Sales Analyst will have global responsibility for managing and administering the planning and quota setting process for the sales team in partnership with, sales management, regional sales analyst and the sales compilation teams. The senior sales analyst role requires the right combination of leadership skills, innovative analytical skills, and relevant industry expertise. The senior sales analyst will regularly brief senior leadership and facilitate discussions for on planning and quota management. The senior sales analyst collaborates and collects analytical data from all global sales operations functions to provide a comprehensive overview of the business to the senior leader.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare customized and standardized reports for the sales leadership team.
•Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in support of ongoing business initiatives.
•Develop predictive metric reports.
•Conduct CRM data analysis.
•Provide monthly and quarterly analysis reports to the sales leadership team.
Forecasting/Planning:
Forecasting/Planning:
•Assist management in developing and reviewing the budget and sales forecast.
•Coordinate sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels.

•Assist in the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of the organization’s sales planning and forecasting tools.
•Analyze the forecasting and plan achievement data to support the sales organization in achieving the sales goals.
Quota Planning/Administration:
•Assist management in analyzing historical sales data and preparing sales compensation plans •Analyze territorial assignments to ensure sales rep coverage is adequate
•Assist management in data management for territorial changes.
•Special project planning; research activities as requested.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• 7 years of work experience in sales operations, sales strategy or sales finance.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Experience as a global point of contact for sales analysts as well as sales operations.
•Knowledge • Knowledge of Computer Microsoft Office
•Knowledge of annual budget planning cycle in a mid-sized company.
•Course work in business administration, finance
•Related experience in a quota setting software tool.
•Demonstrated proficiency analyzing large amounts of data and making recommendations based on the results.
Experience:
•Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting and territory alignment.
•Experience designing and building complex models.
•Strong communication written as well as verbal. •Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines. •Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment.
•Good business acumen and awareness of business trends.
•Experience working with Sales Teams.
